The employees are Lazy, Ignorant! When I walked in to the front counter just to get simple side Mac&Cheese and Mashed Potato! The staff behind the counter were talking to each other and after they saw me no one came to ask if I ever never help!!! Finally I got someone's attention to assist me! I asked the guy I want one Large Mac&Cheese and Small Mashed Potato, he didn't even bother to ask me if I want gravy on my Mashed Potato! It's okay! He didn't even ask me if it is to go or dine-in!!!! He just put it in the bag! It's okay again! The Cashier didn't even look at my face or talk to me he was just too busy talking to his co-workers and playing with his phone! After I found a dirty seat and table to seat down I was looking for a fork to eat my Mac&Cheese with, I went to the guy and he handed me the fork!!! Without even any apology! While I was eating my food the guy seemed like he was a manager asked an old lady how was her food there was only me and her at the time in the restaurant! but he didn't even bother to come up to my table and asking about my experience! No I can figure everyone here's ignorance! The food was alright! But the restaurant was extremely dirty! Mud was on the floor any disgusting! Even bathroom was super dirty inside! How these stupid employees wanna clean their hands? Of course in the dirty bathroom! All these together disgusted me so much! Dirtiest place ever! The pictures can't explain how nasty was inside I wished if I were able to record video and post it on here so people can see my experience! This was my first visit to Boston Market and last Visit for rest of my life! it is so stupid to eat in such a dirty restaurant!

I like Boston Market food, but sometimes the cleanliness of their restaurant is less than acceptable. They really need to bus the tables quicker since they don't have trash cans for the customers to dispose of their trash. The food has always been good, I really like their Pulled Pork and their vegetables. I do appreciate that they do accept coupons, even online coupon codes.

There's no point in placing an online order to make your visit faster because usually they don't start makng up your order until you get there. And they don't always give you the correct sides. The food tastes good though.

Poor customer service.. Young lady with African accent seemed to have a Attitude & was unaware of the e mail advertising Fish on Fridays at Boston Market...Restaurant was clean and organized but definitely NOT friendly or happy to be working "there" type of atmosphere

Boston market is a good choice, especially for a family meal. It's the closest to a home cooked meal that you can get from a fast food establishment. They have roasted chicken with your choice of sides and cornbread! I like the mashed potatoes, green beans and cornbread.

I was there at dinner time but when I ordered a turkey meal, I was told that I would have to wait another 20 minutes for it because they didn't have any ready - and this was after waiting 15 minutes just to place my order. Ridiculous. My husband's vegetables looked like they had been sitting there for hours. My recommendation: go to another Boston Market.
